Bakugan New Vestroia: Who is the Best Vexos Brawler?

A lot of people think that Zenoheld is the best Vexos Brawler. But is it true? Is he really better than Shadow? Is he better than Volt? What about Mylene, Spectra, or Gus? What about Lync?

Sure, with Farbros, his Pyrus Bakugan, he was able to conquer the Six Legendary Soldiers of Vestroia, which was a pretty amazing feat. The Soldiers were incredibly powerful. Apollonir, the leader, was of the Pyrus Attribute. Exedra was of the Darkus Atrribute, Lars Lion of the Haos Attribute, Oberus of the Ventus Attribute, Clayf of the Subterra Attribute, and Frosch of the Aquos Attribute.

But in episode 41 of New Vestroia, Zenoheld used Farbros to battle Cross Dragonoid and Helios MK2, and Farbros was destroyed. Then the resurrected and upgraded Farbrus was destroyed AGAIN in episode 52! We all know that a Brawler is only as good as his Bakugan, so maybe this shouldn't be surprising. And Zenoheld is so old! He looks more like Hydron's grandfather than his father.

Shadow is so arrogant that half the time you want to kill him. Mylene has gotten so angry with him that she called him a child in one episode, and a hyena in another.

He is very clever at copying other people's voices, which he used to trick Ace and Marucho into a trap.

When he isn't sticking his tongue out at other Brawlers or laughing at them, he is fighting the Resistance. Most of the time, he loses.

Virtually the only time that he wins is when he is battling with Lync.

If I was Mylene, whom he teases a lot, I think I would murder him.

Mylene is such a bad-ass. I'm half-convinced that she could kick Shadow into the next lifetime, and he would let her, even if she couldn't, because he loves her so much.

Ever since she and Shadow were pulled into that dimensional portal, I've been expecting her to come blazing back, Shadow slung over her shoulder, ready for business.

Consider that Mylene is the only woman in the Vexos. That isn't easy, so I argue that it has made her hard, despite her soft appearance.

is Volt a wimp? Think about it -- he is really only totally together when he and Lync are doing their tag team thing. And Lync really doesn't like him. is it because Volt is too much of a wimp? Dan defeated him. Ace and Shun defeated him.

When Aquos Elico and Haos Mega Brontes were tossed out by Mylene, he was furious, but he did nothing to stop her.

He also ost in the duel with Gus to win Brontes back, and Prince Hydron trapped him in a distant dimension...

I ask again: is Volt a wimp?

Inscrutable is a good word. It means "hard-to-read," and that describes Lync well. I suspect that there is a lot that we don't know about him. When you are operating in the shadows as often as he is, you are either hard as Vexos armor, or an idiot. I vote for hard as Vexos armor.

He spied for Prince Hydron, and he betrayed Spectra. Gus called him a snake, and the Baron called him a weasel. What makes him so daring? Is he foolhardy, or does he have some dangerous secret?

Of all of the Vexos, I think that Spectra is the most daring, and therefore maybe the most likely the deserve the title "Best Vexos Brawler."

He stood up to Prince Hydron over Drago. He even schemed to overthrow the royal family.

He had the courage to use the orbidden card "Chaos Ability X," which had unknown and possibly deadly consequences.

Anyone who messes with Sprectra does so at great risk.

Gus may look like a woman from a shampoo commercial, but he is tough. But the quality that defines him the most is loyalty.

He rescued Spectra as the Vestal Palace was falling into ruins, and then later helped Spectra fight Zenoheld.

I think that Gus knows that he would lose in a direct fight with Spectra, but Gus is so confident in himself that he doesn't let this come between them. He stays loyal to Spectra.
